I want to thank you for sending out a real top notch installer. It’s not often I write to a company to talk about the help, but your FLS installer did an exceptional job on our project. He’s all about business and making do with what he’s got to work with. His equipment broke down on Thursday/Friday and he was here on the weekend working and making it happen. He never complained. You will never have to question this young man’s integrity… he’s a real hard worker with grit and stays focused on the work. He has done an excellent job in representing your company in the manner in which he carries himself professionally and in the knowledgeable way he responded to AECOM’s questions and in addressing their concerns. I will make it a point to recommend FLS for all my future projects requiring fall protection systems.
