Description
The Warning Line System is a sturdy, freestanding, portable OSHA compliant warning line that works indoors and outside. On elevated work surfaces, the warning line can be used to mark off a safe work area. Only under certain conditions can a warning line system be used for fall protection.
When to Use a Warning Line
Warning lines do not serve as an actual barrier to a fall, instead providing a visual warning of a fall hazard. Be sure your work areas are compliant with OSHA regulations when determining whether or not to implement a warning line system. A Flexible Lifeline Systems fall safety specialist can help you determine if the system will provide adequate safety for your fall hazard, or if a safety railing system is needed.
Benefits
Easy Installation
The system’s simple modular design uses durable galvanized components that stay in place with a hidden set screw. The 1/8″ stainless steel cable includes 2 Stainless Steel Shackles for easy adjustment.
Durable
System components include durable bases made from recycled rubber, galvanized uprights, stainless steel vinyl coated safety yellow cable, and large, heavy-duty nylon mesh flags in safety orange.
OSHA Compliant
When used properly, FlexLine Meets OSHA regulations for fall safety with a temporary, mobile Warning Line System.
Non-penetrating
Flexline is a free-standing warning line system that does not require drilling, special anchoring or penetration of the roof membrane. Instead, the portable system base weights hold railing in place without the need to penetrate the roof.
Modular
FlexLine Warning Line Systems are available in 10, 15, and 20 foot cable lengths. Multiple systems can be aligned for a longer warning line system.
