Qusai Olaian is the person responsible for making sure the blueprint works in the field. As Senior Project Manager, he handles the execution of our most complex engineered systems. His engineering background allows him to bridge the gap between the design team and the installation crew. Qusai thrives in high-stakes environments where timelines are tight, and there is no room for error, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure the FLS promise is delivered on-site.
Qusai manages the critical path of system deployment through advanced project scheduling and site-specific safety plans. His oversight includes verifying field dimensions in Engineering Site Visits and against CAD models, supervising specialized install logistics and mobilization, and serving as the clients point of contact once projects are transferred from sales to engineering and installation teams. He provides guidelines for materials and fabrications procurement, coordinates between installers and client’s site team to guarantee a swift execution of systems installation while maintaining high safety standards. His role is to manage the design concept and transform engineering intent into a field-verified safety asset that is fully documented for the client.
