LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE TRACTION: COORDINATING NATIONWIDE RECERTIFICATION AND FIELD SERVICES
Leah Murphy manages the logistics and personnel that keep FLS customers compliant long after the initial install. As the Director of Field Services, she oversees our installation crews, nationwide inspection schedules, and the mandatory recertification of systems that protect hundreds of thousands of workers daily. Leah is responsible for a primary pillar of the FLS revenue model, proving that our commitment to a client doesn’t end at the point of sale. Her role is defined by the ability to synchronize complex field schedules for inspections, Repairs, recertification, and user training with the rigorous, recurring compliance needs of all our customers, which include Industrial, Data Centers, Aerospace, Petrochemical and Energy, Manufacturing, Government/Military, Lumber, Distribution, Building Maintenance, Retail, Construction and other Partners.
Leah’s methodology is centered on mandatory lifecycle management of engineered fall protection assets. Because OSHA and ANSI Z359 standards require that engineered systems be inspected by a Competent Person at least once per year under the supervision of a qualified person and Certified by a Qualified Professional every 5 years, Leah maintains a rigorous tracking and deployment system to ensure no client falls out of compliance by keeping Annual Inspections done per OSHA and ANSI Standard and regulations. She manages the deployment of technicians who verify manufacture specifications and inspections, structural integrity, hardware torque, and cable tension as well as provide user training to the end users. Her oversight includes the coordination of specialized equipment and the management of recurring service contracts that mitigate client liability. By integrating field data with internal compliance tracking, she ensures that every system under her care has an unbroken, documented chain of safety.
