Eric Menn serves as General Manager of Flexible Lifeline Systems, bringing a rare combination of field experience, commercial leadership, and operational discipline to the organization. A Texas A&M graduate who began his career as a Project Manager before transitioning into sales and executive leadership, Eric understands the mechanics of a job site as well as the economics of running a scalable safety business.
His leadership philosophy is rooted in practical execution. Having worked directly in project delivery, technical specification, and national account development, Eric bridges the gap between engineering, operations, and revenue growth. Honing his expertise in the aviation, data center, manufacturing, and mission critical environments, Eric ensures that every solution the company delivers is not only compliant and technically sound, but also operationally efficient and commercially viable.
Eric drives the organization with a structured, data-driven approach grounded in the Hierarchy of Fall Protection. At a strategic level, he guides teams to prioritize passive systems and engineered controls before deploying active fall arrest solutions to align safety performance with long-term risk reduction for clients. Under his leadership, Flexible Lifeline Systems continues to deliver and expand its expertise in rigid rail systems, horizontal lifelines, passive guardrail systems, and safe-access platforms.
