Corey Hostrawser provides strategic leadership and oversight for the entire project execution lifecycle at Flexible Lifeline Systems (FLS). Working at the intersection of high-level strategy and daily consistency, he manages the Project Management team and all installation crews. He ensures that every project involving design, supply, fabrication, and construction is delivered safely and efficiently. Corey personally oversees high-priority and complex projects, providing the technical and managerial framework that empowers field teams to excel.
Corey’s work involves developing and auditing the standardized processes that govern both office and field operations. Leveraging his background in engineering and drafting, he uses data analytics and ERP systems to refine the critical handoff between engineering, fabrication, and the field. He is responsible for resource leveling and portfolio-wide KPI tracking to ensure a single source of truth for all safety-critical data. By aligning cross-departmental workflows, Corey ensures that as FLS grows, the company’s signature technical accuracy and commitment to worker safety remain uncompromised.
