The Field Services Advisor will provide inside sales support and customer services as a team member of the Field Services Department.  The Field Services Advisor will be supervised by the Field Services Program Manager, and will provide occasional administrative support to other departments as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create cost estimates and quotes for annual inspections and PPE orders for existing customers.
    • Confirm incoming purchase orders match quoted scope, pricing, and Terms and Conditions.
    • Follow up on outstanding quotes, scheduling future contacts with customers as needed.
    • Log all sales activities on all opportunities in CRM database.
    • Track performance metrics including quotes sent, won, and follow up emails daily.
    • Maintain existing customer account information in CRM database.
    • Locate end user information for GC projects to quote the first annual inspection.
    • Create new opportunities for quotes from completed projects.
    • Send inspection reports to customers.
    • Research system drawings for previous installation projects and perform quantity take-offs.
    • Track backlog updates. 
    • Scan opportunity and project documentation to electronic storage.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and manage insurance documents for Field Services projects. 
    • Forwarding insurance requirements to the brokers to obtain Certificates of Insurance.
    • Proofread COIs ensure all requirements are met prior to submitting certificates to customers. 
    • Electronically storing Insurance information with the individual projects.
    • Assist with submitting COIs during renewal periods as needed.
  • Handle General Office Duties for the Field Services Department.
    • Answering phones.
    • Provide internal support as needed to other departments such as accounting and engineering.
  • Assist with company vetting procedures -processing new prequalification packages, and updating records as required in third party vetting sites such as ISNetWorld, processing DISA Drug Screen and Background Check requests, and registration of employees for site specific and other safety training. 

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and inside sales experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, Adobe, Solomon, and web based portals.
